At Redwoods Wonder Forge, our dedicated Board of Directors is the driving force behind our mission to inspire wonder and provide inclusive STEAM programs to the youth of Del Norte, California. Comprising passionate volunteers from the community, our directors generously give their time and expertise to foster a love for science, technology, engineering, art, and math in our region.
Ciriana Orozco | President
Co-founder and program coach, Ciri is a fine arts craftswoman, animal apologist, and proud nerd who plays a pivotal role in developing and leading our STEAM initiatives.
Cameron Eller | Secretary
As a board member, Cameron contributes valuable insights to our strategic planning and community outreach efforts.
Juan Orozco | Treasurer
Software engineer, wonderer, and geek with a background in coaching FIRST teams in North Carolina, Juan brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to youth education.

Ashley is deeply involved throughout the community and with various local organizations. Her passion for education, personal development, and community engagement helps create valuable opportunities for youth to explore and grow through Redwoods Wonder Forge’s STEAM programs.
Laurena Mack | Director of Outreach
With a background in sales specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields, Laurena brings a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and relationship-building to Redwoods Wonder Forge. Her passion for innovation and community engagement helps drive our mission forward, ensuring more youth have access to transformative STEAM experiences.
Patricia Swift | Director of Public Relations
Marketing expert, social media strategist, realtor and community advocate, Patricia uses her skills to amplify Redwoods Wonder Forge’s mission. With a keen eye for storytelling and outreach, she helps connect our programs with a wider audience, ensuring more youth have access to inspiring STEAM opportunities.
Tracy Campbell
Traci Campbell is a teacher at Redwoods Elementary with over 20 years experience in education. She has a particular passion for STEAM education and incorporating new technologies into both classrooms and youth activities.
